crafting help: house ranks

Just like factories do, houses have ranks too.
House ranks are less tangible, however.
Here are the ranks:
All ranks require great descriptions.
Step, standard, luxury, rooms required:
1: A small abode, A small villa, 50-59.
2: A small cottage, A luxury chalet, 60-69.
3: A decently sized house, A luxury holiday home, 70-79.
4: A large house, A large manor, 80-89.
5: A large estate, An elegant palace, 90-99.
6: a sprawling estate, a sprawling castle, 100 and above.
