rp help: the event raffle

The event raffle is a monthly draw in which you have the opportunity to get your event idea heard!
Running every thirty days, it is made up of submitted ideas for events, by the players, which the scheduler then picks from.
The greatest thing about this raffle, perhaps, is that the more people that enter ideas, the more people get picked!
You may only submit one event per draw, however.
How it works:
1. You submit your idea. You do this by typing raffle.
Your event idea can be anything from a small party, to a sector takeover.
2. You wait until the scheduler picks an event. You can see how long it is until the next draw with the raffle command.
3. The scheduler picks from the events at random and if yours is picked, you will receive a notice!
4. Your event gets carried out by the hosts!
Rules:
There is only one rule to the raffle event, which is the hosts maintain the right to change an event, providing it still follows the outline set out in the event.
