rp help: socialing on the IC channels

There are certain socials, audible actions, that are possible on the in character channels, such as chat.
there are three ways you can transmit these:
1. the channel name, followed by the social name on its own, for example: chat laugh.
2. The channel name, followed by the social name, followed by some text, for example: chat laugh I thought as much.
3. the channel name, followed by some text, followed by the plural form of the social, for example: chat I love to party. laughs
the list of supported socials are shown below:
belch
burp
cackle
chortle
chuckle
coughe
crie
gasp
giggle
groan
growl
grumble
hum
laugh
moan
roar
scream
sigh
shriek
sneeze
snicker
sniffle
sob
whisper
whistle
yawn
