rp help: ShipSafe

What is ShipSafe?
Many of our players have come to the staff asking for a means to report typos, grammatical errors and forced role-play in ships built by other players. Since Cosmic Rage is a role-play encouraging MOO, the trick was to find an in-character way for players to do just that!
Introducing ShipSafe!
With ShipSafe, you can bridge the OOC/IC barrier by referring to typos, grammatical errors and the like as defects or flaws in the ship's design.
You can find the ShipSafe application on your informational computer.
Its use is pretty simple and is explained in the About ShipSafe section of the application.
This document is meant to provide some OOC clarification on how the ShipSafe app should be used in character.
To report an issue with a ship in CR, be it made by the hosts or other players, you simply need to be standing next to it or standing in the room aboard the ship with the issue you want to report.
If you are reporting something about the outside of the ship, please use the application while standing outside the ship. Note, this will not work in access tubes, you must be in a hangar or on a landing pad.
If you are reporting an issue with a room aboard a ship, please do so from the room with the issue.
You will be asked to pick whether this is a major defect, or minor imperfection. It does not matter which one you pick, but is there for ambience.
Next, you will be asked for some details as to what it is about the ship or room that is lacking. You can feel free to speak out of character in this prompt. Please provide us with the typo, grammatical error or issue you see and explain why you think it needs to be changed. You may even offer a recommendation as to how it might be improved.
We will review your report and fix any flaws which might require it.
If we find your report has merit, your character will earn cash!
If we find your report not to have merit, we will dismiss the report and you will not be rewarded.
If we find that a player is abusing this system by submitting multiple frivolous reports, using it to harass others or to violate our rules and policies, Your report will be marked as false or misleading. Your character will face a cash penalty and be banned from using this service. If harassment or policy violations occur, other penalties may apply. Please review the policies and understand what is expected of every player and staff member.
If you are charged in character by ShipSafe and wish to appeal, you must file a case with the JAG in-character and be prepared to engage in court related role-play to resolve it.
