general help: titles

Titles are a high-honour on the game.
Titles are not ranks, which we'll explain below.
Rank: a rank is something that appears before your name and indicates your standing within an organisation, such as "SDL colonel."
Title: A title is an honour given by the leading royalty of the game, i.e, chief General, Mulrala elders, Dragon Queen, Ryuchi War General, or cy-larkan King and or Queen. A title will appear in info, your lookup status, and when you introduce yourself. While titles gain you little benefet, they indicate you are able to govern a specific area, based on your titles specifications, and give you authority to challenge military involvement in that area.
There are currently two titles you can achieve:
Earl: An earl, or countess, is he or she who has successfully built a stable, defendable, self-sufficient moon base and kept it running for at least 3 months. The moon base must be able to survive with ease, be economically stable, and be in a known area, or by an easy jump point. the title will appear as "earl of " or "countess of "
Lord: The title of lord is given to anyone who has successfully achieved the rank of artificial planet for a factory. the title appears as "Lord of " or "lady of "
