general help: short term auctions

Short term auctions came about when the now famous Careheart family set up their Auction House back when the Earth alliance was still young.
They use auction drones for all of their deliveries and are the chief researchers for faster and more effective delivery drones.
The way a short term auction works:
A person opens a lot containing a maximum of 20 items.
That lot is then bid upon until there is a gap of at least 30 seconds.
The items are sold to the highest bidder.
There are limits on this auction, however:
1. You can only auction things that are in your inventory.
2. You must bid at least 10 percent higher than the highest bid.

When you list an item on the auction you will be charged a fee that is 1 million credits times your rank.
Additionally, at the end of the auction the Auctioneer will take a commission, a percentage of the sale price.
This is how the Auction House makes a profit.

Memberships:
You can become a member of the auction house which gets you special bonuses:
1. Each month you will be able to sell an item without being charged a starting fee. The number of items is dependant on your membership level.
2. Your membership will also lower the commission fee that the auction house takes.
Auction memberships carry a monthly subscription fee and can be purchased, viewed and managed at the Auction House on Diana.
Full list of commands:
auction sell: Open a new lot and add items to it.
auction list: get a breakdown of all currently opened lots, including the ID of the lot, items for sale, and current bid.
AUCTION INSPECT: Use this to get a closer look at the items, including their descriptions, in a lot. You can use AUCTION INSPECT 100 1 to see the first item for sale in lot number 100, or AUCTION INSPECT 100 ALL to see all of the items listed in lot 100.
AUCTION BID: For when you want to bid.. AUCTION BID 100 50000 will bid 150000 on lot 100
AUCTION WATCH: Because the auction house has been designed to handle up to 21 auctions at a time, you will not receive updates on auctions you are not watching. This command allows you to tune into the bidding announcements for your chosen lot. AUCTION WATCH 100 will allow you to hear all the changes that happen with lot 100.
AUCTION TAKEDOWN: This will allow you to takedown a lot that you put up, should you change your mind or make a mistake with it. AUCTION TAKEDOWN 100
AUCTION HELP: You can use this if you forget any of the commands or just need a quick refresh.
finally, you can type auction and the id of a currently opened lot if you just want to see a list of items in that lot and it's current bid.
