general help: post office
The post office on Oriali offers several ways to send items to another character without having to be in the room with them.First, there are cards and letters. To send these, simply buy the card or letter at the post office. Once you've filled it out to your satisfaction, type deliver
To send other items, you will need a package. Type package in the post office to buy a box that you can fill with items. Once filled, type package again to send it.
Letters, cards and packages are delivered to characters every 24 hours. If you wish to deliver an item more quickly, the post office also offers delivery drones. These handy little drones can be filled with items and sent to an online character anywhere in the game, and they will even come back to you if you want them to.
