general help: pollution

On Cosmic Rage, we have implemented a system that simulates air pollution on planets.
Air pollution will occur if noxious gas is vented into a planets atmosphere.
The current activities that cause air pollution are:
Mechanical Mining.
What does air pollution do, exactly?
Air pollution has three stages:
1. At stage one, it will make players who are in the area cough.
2. At stage two, it blocks out the view of the sky.
3. At stage three, minor damage may be caused to the player as they walk around due to the polluted air.
How can we fix pollution?
Air pollution is reduced when a person does the pollution repairation activity.
How do we know what planets are polluted?
When you land on a planet, it will tell you its pollution status.
