general help: petitions

In cosmic rage, a petition is one of the number one ways to change something you don't like in character. It does not take the place of submitting suggestions for the game mechanics, it's more for changing role play related things.
It could be anything, from wanting access to certain technology, to wanting taxes lowered, to wanting better rights for humans on dragon territory.
petitions are sold in various stores and you will need a pen to write on one.
First thing to do is buy it, of course.
You will be asked for a question or title, and a body for your petition.
Your title should be something snappy to grab the attention of your audience.
Description should be information, proposals and or a plan for what you are saying or wanting.
We recommend you go to the place you want your petition to be before you use the setup command, that way you don't have to write things twice.
We also recommend you use the setup command, rather than just dropping it somewhere. When you use setup, all players with informational computers who have chosen to get such notifications are notified.
Once your petition has 20 or more signatures, take it over to the JAG application center on Star Command and put it in the petition box, so the Senate will get it!
To see what petitions are available and where they are, access the library section of your information computer.
to sign a petition, you will need a pen,and then type sign
While awaiting signatures, your petitions may be advertised on the in-game televisions. If you want to have your petition advertised in this manner, or not, use the @televisions command to set your preference.
Commands:
pen-sign: customise what your character's signature looks like.
setup : sets up your petition.
sign : signs a petition.
