general help: long term auctions

Long term auctions have not been around as long as short term auctions, but came about when the Careheart family, specifically auction Master Robert Careheart realised his auction would get a lot more business if he allowed people to sell off horses, pets, vehicles and more.
He also realised that these items would require more specialist attention.
IN 2490, he bought a little shop below the general store on Diana, and thus the long term auction was born.
The way long term auctions work:
A person puts an item up for sale.
The countdown of the long term auction continues until,
after a weeks period has gone by, the long term auction is reset and all unsold items are cleared or those that have bids on are sold

Note, you must be in the auction house on Diana:
add: Add an item to the long term auction
list: list the items on the long term auction
buynow: Buy an item now
bid: bid on an item
cancel-auction: cancel the auction
