general help: appointments

Introduction

Cosmic Rage, like in real life, has several official organizations, each with a dedicated appointment system in place. These systems are so formal that they even have specific locations set up, ready for you to use whenever you need assistance.

Currently, you can schedule a meeting with the Judge Advocate Generals or the Galactic Medical Corps. To do so, simply head to one of the designated rooms and enter your details on a screen in the corner.

Designated Rooms

- The Little Waiting Room in the Galactic Medical Complex for bookings with the Galactic Medical Corps.
- A Conference Room located west of the JAG Application Center at Star Command for bookings with the Judge Advocate Generals.

Booking Process

Once you approach the screen, enter three dates when you'll be available. The first date must be at least two weeks ahead from the current time. The subsequent dates can be spaced 24 hours apart.
If you need, you can add an extra person to your booking - whether it's a friend or another individual who needs to be present.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the organization and assigned to a member. Any updates will be automatically sent to you via mail. Be sure to check the 'Automated' folder in your informational computer mail application to avoid missing important updates.
Alternatively, you can review your request details in the same room where you made the booking by interacting with the screen there.

Making Changes

If you need to make any adjustments to your booking, simply send an email to the organization by selecting 'Write New Mail,' then 'Manage Recipients.' Add a recipient by typing part of the organization's name. For example, if you booked with the Galactic Medical Corps, typing 'medical' will help you find the correct recipient. Once selected, confirm the recipient, and write a subject and message explaining the changes or issues you're facing.

The only command you need is:
Book:
Type this command in one of the appointment management rooms mentioned above. It will guide you through the process of managing your request.
