OOC Badges
What they are and how they work
OOC badges are cosmetic titles that can be displayed alongside your name while speaking on OOC channels. They provide no mechanical benefits and exist purely as a fun way to celebrate accomplishments, commemorate memorable events, and show off your contributions to the Cosmic Rage community.
To view and equip your earned badges, join the OOC channel and type:
OOC BADGE
You will be presented with a list of the badges you have earned. From there, you may equip a badge, switch to another, or clear your current badge at any time.
Evergreen Badges
The following badges may be earned by any player at any time by meeting their respective requirements:
Ace Reporter: Earned upon submitting your 1,000th report.
Idea Smith: Earned upon submitting your 500th suggestion.
Decadian: Earned for remaining a loyal Cosmic Rager for ten years.
Additional evergreen badges may be introduced in the future. Whenever possible, these badges will be awarded retroactively to players who have already met their requirements.
Event & Special Badges
From time to time, Cosmic Rage may offer unique badges during milestone celebrations, community events, tournaments, contests, or other special occasions. These badges commemorate participation, victories, and memorable moments in Cosmic Rage's history.
Not every badge will be announced in advance, and some may only be obtainable by taking part in a particular event. Keep an eye on the announcements! You never know when the next opportunity to earn a unique badge may arrive!
Wear your badges with pride, and may your accomplishments inspire the next generation of Cosmic Ragers.
