general help: Interacting with NPC's

What are NPC's?
NPC stands for non player character. They are people you can find on almost any planet who have helpful information for you. Sometimes they will give you tasks to complete.
Great! How do I start interacting with them?
There are a couple of ways. You can type talk or you can type phrases to get a list of phrases they will respond to.
Talk will give you all of the things you can say to them in a menu, where as phrases npc only tells you the things they will respond to.
If you want to use phrases npc just say the phrase to the npc with a dash npc name in front of it.
example -bob hello
