general help: Caring for baby Cy-larkan units

Child Cy-larkan Maintenance Protocol Manual
By Cy-Larkan Child Programming Assistant Marisol Alvarez20041
Translations by: The galactic council of young species development
Caring for Cy-larkan children is rather different than caring for organic lifeforms such as humans or dragons. Their care tasks and procedures are rather different. This manual will outline the common tasks and actions to perform.

CHARGE -- This can only be performed by a Cy-Larkan. Plugging a cable into the child unit and initiating a biofuel transfer, this allows the child to take in an amount of charge so that their biocore remains functional, and the child remains nourished. The parent larkan will lose biofuel equal to how hungry the child Cy-larkan is.
A note for non-larkans: You need to purchase a bioful bottle. This bottle can only be filled by a cy-larkan. The way the bottles work is for every 10 percent of hunger it will use one biofule unit stored in the bottle. Allowing more feedings and less hastle for Cy-larkans.

Fortify -- This can only be performed by the Cy-Larkan parental units or caretakers. The parental unit links up to the child, attempting to attune to a certain frequency. The parent unit will be given a range, for example, between 6.0 to 9.0, and you must input a number within said range. The child will send back a color stream indicating that the parental unit is close to the required frequency.
Red indicates that the parental unit is far off from the frequency
dark blue hue indicates that the unit is getting closer
light blue means that one is approaching the correct frequency
white marks that you and the child have achieved electronic bonding capacity.
Upon successful attunement the child's happiness will increase.

Buff -- Sometimes, if a Cy-Larkan unit is interacting with other beings, or is playing within the confines of toys and other play equipment, their shell can take on general wear and tear. This is wearing buffing kits are useful. Being able to be purchased by any caretaker, buffing kits allow the child unit's shell to be repaired from any minor damages sustained during play. Buffing is reuseable. You can craft these as well.

Oil -- At times, a young Cy-Larkan's joints may become hard for them to move, much like any piece of robotic machinery. This is when a caretaker must purchase a bottle of Cy-Larkan joint lubricant and OIL the child's joints. If the joins become eMobile this wi2l prevent the child from performing tasks. Bottles of lubricant can be crafted.

Process -- When a Cy-Larkan child utilizes a food consumption module, the waste matter is converted to exhaust and stored within a tank embedded in the child's frame. One must PROCESS the child unit to empty its tank, to prevent excess waste matter build-up that could cause complications to its functionality. IF the tank is not emptied in a reasonable amount of time, the excess matter will build up to considerable amounts, and your unit will perish due to an explosion.

modules -- This lists the modules that the child unit has had installed.

How To Acquire Modules

On Calira Dura**91*, there is a shop known as Infantile Cy-Larkan Modules, which specializes in aftermarket upgrades for a budding Cy-larkan child. If you bring the child in question that you wish to install a module on to this place of business, you can ask an attendant to INSTALL On your child. They will then be taken back to have the operation completed.

You may also have repairs performed by an attendant at this facility, if your child unit's shell or joints are damaged beyond your expertise.
