general help: Caring for Mutariansi Younglings
A pilot's guide for Young Mutariansi developmentBy Mutariansi Growth and development Specialist Amarais Descended From Shalicuru
Translations by: The galactic council of young species development
Introduction
If you are reading this guidebook, it is safe to assume that you, or someone close to you has given birth to, and or adopted a sentient ball of slime, (bioplasma), widely referred to as a youngling. Congratulations. Often noted as the more easier of younglings to care for across the races, mutariansi children are born in their base form after a certain period of time, depending on the form of which their mother conceived them. You may be wondering how do I care for one of these orbs of curiosity and mischief? in the following few pages, you will be given the most crucial information necessary to aid a mutariansi youngling in their growth and development.Cleanliness
Unlike most other races, you may be surprised to observe that these younglings do not require the use of diapers as some often do. Unable to control the use of their own bioplasma, you may often notice a sort of film coating their bodies, which if left uncared for after a certain period of time will thicken into a layered and sometimes hardened shell of old slime. If caught early enough, one would simply have to undress the youngling and place them in a bath and the thinner film will dissolve and slip away, leaving the child clean once more. You may not notice the absence of the layer until you take them out of the bath however.
Deshelling
As previously stated, if left unattended the thin film of bioplasma waist can and will become first crusty, and then harden into an almost impenetrable shell which would coat a youngling's entire body. This would prove harmful as they would not be able to move, eat or perform other physical abilities.Porus stones
Found in the forests of mulrala, these small stones are used to aid in the gentle removal of the hardened layer of bioplasma. The child, once able to move may sometimes assist by wiggling to loosen the hardened layers off itself.
Paws claws and more
This section only pertains to mutariansi parents or caregivers. As you may have guessed, with the ability of claws, or your talons, you will be able to claw, peck or paw at the hardened outer layer to set the little one free.Bioplasma Chambers
When the outer layers become too much for even paws, claws or stones to remove, one has the option to take the younglings to the grove of elders. Here, the child would be bathed in the pool of bioplasma and the hardened layer would be removed.
Commands
deshell- Allows you to use a stone, (provided it is in your inventory) or paws claws and talons (if in the appropriate form) to remove the crusty or slightly harder outer layers.gather
