gadgets help: energy chips

Energy chips in cosmic rage are designed to recharge the batteries of your ship or vehicle if they are dead and you find yourself stuck in space, or stuck in your vehicle away from a landing pad, hangar, or garage.
say to use an energy chip on a vehicle. Enter the vehicle and drop the chip. Then type "use chip."
If you have multiple energy chips in your inventory, you may have to use the match command to insure you are using the right chip.
For using an energy chip on a ship, enter the control room, drop the chip, and then type use chip.
