factory help: transfer points
introduction:
Factories provide a lot of possibilities, and one of them is transfer points. You can build a transfer point using the 'build' command and then set it up so that the player who transfers a specific resource will receive a payment in cash. At the time of writing this help file, there are four types of transfer points: trash, volcano, digger, and building materials transfer points.
Setting up and using transfer points:
The first step to obtaining materials is to set up your transfer point. To do this, type 'setup' and enter how many credits you will give per one unit of material. Remember that all costs for transfer points are measured in units of the material being transferred and do not measure in loads. For example, if you pay one billion credits for one unit of a trash collecting item, and a player transfers 1,500 trash collecting items, they will receive one trillion and 500 billion credits. Ensure that your point is accessible for players visiting your factory.
To use building delivery transportation points, dock your starship to a factory, exit the airlock, and go to the point before typing 'transfer' in the room. For digger, trash, and volcano transfer points, drive your vehicle into the transfer point, exit your vehicle, and type 'unload vehicle name'. For example, if my vehicle is called Bob and I want to unload it, I would type 'unload Bob'.
