factory help: ship docks

Usage: for building custom starships
commands:
move: Move a ship frame from the building labs to the ship docks.
airlock: Move a ship's airlock from the building labs into a ship.
link: Link the ship docks with a storage bay.
complete: Complete a ship and move it to the access tubes.
Type: Used to set your ship type.
redescribe : redescribe the outside of a ship
upgrade to : Upgrade one frame into a larger frame.
shedit: Used in an access tube, this command transfers your custom ship back to the ship docks for modifications.
