factory help: requirements for the rank of starbase

Rank: Starbase
Physical requirements for this rank: Description for outside of factory, A minimum of 54 rooms built, and descriptions for all rooms.
Other requirements for this rank: Descriptions must have a good degree of accuracy (i.e., a few typos or spelling errors are okay), the potential for expansion, and be at least 2 lines in length. Additionally, A good degree of reasoning for rooms must be demonstrated (i.e., how a room fits with the starbase or the starbase's function as a whole). We also highly discourage use of the automatic description builder and the generic descriptions in any of the rooms as they interfere with the uniqueness that we wish for you to strive for in your descriptions as well as take away from a room's ability to fit in with the starbase's function as a whole.
Additional notes for this rank: You must obtain the rank of large factory before attempting to obtain this rank.
