factory help: oxygen compression chambers

Usage: for converting raw oxygen into that usable by spacesuits.
Commands:
transfer: transfer oxygen from a ship
compress: compress raw oxygen into compressed form
Move: Move oxygen from a gas compression chamber to the oxygen compression chamber.
oxygen: View your oxygen levels.

To refill a tank, you will need to make an oxygen tank and then the command is refresh tank.
Note, you must have enough clean oxygen in the oxygen compression chamber to completely fill the tank. It is not possible to partially fill a tank.
To fill a spacesuit from a tank, it is fill spacesuit from tank.
