Player Run Cafes

To go along with our player run stores, see fhelp player run stores, we also have player run cafes.
What are they?
They are cafes which allow you to:
  1. Create your own foods or drinks,

    1. Sell them in your own custom described cafe.

      1. Gain money from it all.

      2. Where can I get these:
Player run cafes can currently only be built on factories.
They require 50 metal panels to build.

To start creating foods, first build the cafe.
        1. To add a new item to your menu, type 'edit' while in the cafe.

          1. Choose option 1 to add a new item.

            1. Enter the item's name.

              1. Specify the item type: choose '1' for food or '2' for drink.

                1. You will now see a menu where you can configure various aspects of the item.

                  1. Adjust the settings to your preference. Don't worry if you can't decide on everything now; you can always return to this list of options later.

                  2. You can have as many choices for your items as you like. You may also have as many containers as you like.
Within the editing process you may notice something called format name and format description.
this is how you set how you would like the food's name and description to be made based on the choices a person makes.
For example, if you have a sandwich in your cafe that has bread choices and filling choices, instead of having your food just be named a sandwich, you might want to have it so that the choices are included.
to reference choices that a player makes, use the choice's number prefixed by a percent sign. So in the example above with bread and filling choices, the bread choice would be %1 and the filling choice %2.
to reference the container the player chooses, use %c.
                    Example: a %2 sandwich made from %1 on a %c.
Output: A chicken sandwich made from white bread on a silver plate.
Note: Unsure if it needs to be a or an? Use the substitution %a.
                    Example: %a %1 sandwich.
                    Output: A chicken sandwich.
                    Output2: An apple sandwich.

                    1. If you did not configure your bread and filling options in step 6, you need to go back and do so. To do this, be in your cafe, type 'edit', choose option 2, then select the item, and finally choose option 7. Here, you will describe how the item will appear for example, a hotdog on a brown bun served on a plate. You will need to know the settings you chose for your bread and toppings. If you've forgotten them, type 'edit', choose option 2, then option 4.

                    2. Remember the order in which the toppings and bread were listed. For instance, if toppings were option 1 and bread was option 2, you would type: 'a hotdog on a %2 with %1 served on a %c'. The system will then display an example of how the item will look. Please note this is just an example of the layout, not the final appearance.

To edit an item, be in your cafe, type 'edit', and follow steps 5 and 6.

To delete an item, be in your cafe, type 'edit', choose option 2, select the item you wish to delete, and then choose option 12.

                      Note about alcohol:
Factory cafes can serve alcohol, however, you will need to purchase an alcohol license from the JAG to do so. This is done by opening a case with the JAG on star command and someone will contact you regarding your license.
A contract for an issued license will be available for you to sign.
the Contract is per cafe, not per factory.
As with all JAG contracts, look at it to read it.
the JAG will charge you a service charge of 5 trillion credits for this service, and the license itself is 24 trillion credits.
