activity help: smuggling

Backstory:

The SDF would like you to believe that everything in the galaxy is legal, right and amazing.
They would like you to believe they have utter and complete control.
The fact is though, they're not.
Here and their, if you know who and what to look for, different organisations can be seen, lurking on street corners or on landing bays, ready to smuggle illegal weapons here, some illegal immigrants there... It's all part and parcel of the job.
What they need, though, is someone like you.
Someone brave.
Someone who can transport stuff from point 1 to point 2 and not get caught.

You will need:

A ship.

What to do:

1. Go to a landing padd and type smuggle. It is important to note, it must be a landing pad, not an access tube, garage or hangar.
2. When the guy whispers to you to go to a certain planet, take your cargo there and land.
3. Transfer drones will automatically yank your cargo away and pay you for it.

Notes:

Note 1: Sometimes, planetary flight controls can see you smuggling, and will yell about it.
Note 2: When requesting smuggled cargo, you will be offered 3 different options. Each cargo type gives more reward than the one before it, but also comes with the downside to you will get fined more if caught.
Note 3: If you scan a ship and it is smuggling, this information will show up at the bottom of the description.

List of commands:

smuggle: From a landing bay, will load your ship up with goods.

How to Catch Smugglers?

Sometimes, the smugglers are announced over flight control. To capture them, you should wait for the right moment, and when you get the chance, you should destroy the smuggling ship. If you manage to destroy the ship while it has cargo, the computer will print a paper containing the details regarding the smuggled ship and the cargo.
Once you obtain the paper, go to Goscro Krah and find Tobias. When you find him, give the report to him, and you will receive the worth of the smuggled cargo, and the smuggling person will be fined double the amount of the cargo's worth.
Note that if 1 hour passes after the smuggling attempt, the reports become invalid, and you will not receive any reward.
