activity help: Comet Water Extraction

backstory:

Comets are amazing things. At first, we thought them to be just balls of burning fire. Now we know better. They are actually balls of ice. They have a core of dust and contain frozen amino acids.
We can split these comets apart for use in other circumstances. The first of these is water extraction.

You will need:

A ship with comet tubing installed.

What to do:

1. Either find a comet or wait for a comet to be announced over flight control.
2. Align your current coordinates with it and automatically start moving after it. Match its speed exactly.
3. Anchor the comet.
4. Extend the water tubing and begin collecting.
Watch out! The extreme heat that the tubes give off can often cause leaks that must be repaired immediately!

Commands:

cometanchor, anchor the comet.
extract: begin the extraction process. You must give the argument water from comet for it to work. Extract water from comet.
Retract: stop extracting the water.
repair tubes: repair damage to the tubing system.
comets: See available comets.
comettrack: tells you in which direction the nearest comet is.

Note: Comet water can not be transferred for cash or points. comet water is used in a variety of other ways, such as cooling railguns and crafting.
