Granted permissions include such methods as being authorised to bioscanners, security drones, passcoders and other similar means of keeping out the general public.
Granted permissions do not include organisational powers, clan membership or obscurity.
Public content includes, but is not limited to:
Names,
Descriptions,
Emotes,
Posts,
Pop--up messages,
Automated responses (NPC's, informational drones, bioscanner responses, ETC,

3. Contains no off game references (is not out of character).
4. Makes sense.
5. Is correctly capitalised.
6. Is not copied from an off game source.
Additionally, all public content, where applicable, must have a description that meets the following requirements:
7. Is written in English with correct spelling, grammar and best accuracy granted to the writer through his or her abilities with said language.
Additionally, all public content, where applicable, must have a name, title or subject that meets the following requirements:
8. Is not named after a famous book, film, event, king, or queen, famous person, god or goddess, mythical person or creature unless the name falls under exclusion I.

Cosmic Rage makes no copyright claim to, makes no profit off of, and claims no ownership to, any names found on the game other than those provided by hosts themselves. Any customisable names created by players and not formally owned by the hosts are the sole responsibility, and legal choice of, the player who owns the object.
Exclusions:
I. Names that are common place in modern day society that were found in history, such as victoria, elizabeth, george, athena and morgana are acceptable under the idea that they are common place names. As a rule of thumb, do you know three or more people with this name? If so go ahead and use it. The formal decision is up to the hosting teams ruling.
The administrators of the game maintain the rite to, at any time, change public content that does not meet these guidelines and to administer appropriate punishment to the offendees as outlined under the bans and punishments policy.
